Honey Diet - A sweeter alternative


Motherhood change me a lot, I learn to value my health. In my pregnancy I was facing so many problems regarding health and I must admit it that I completely understand the meaning of Health is wealth. 

One thing I have learned from my experience is that a healthy life requires a balanced and healthy diet and regular exercise, every day, so that we can get reed of excess body fats. I keep myself update by reading about articles to maintaining a balance in our diet, fitness and lifestyle. It’s very simple if we maintain our health, we can achieve anything in our life and it also helps in attaining a balance between our mind and body.

Now a days the food we intake effects our whole body and mind the most. Today people like to consume a lot of junk or packaged food having lots of preservatives with zero nutritional value. This all junk food only gives solid fats and sugars to our body and nothing in terms of energy. 

Usually people go for a crash diet. It helps to lose weight rapidly in a short span of time. These diets actually work wonders if you want to lose specific weight till a particular date. So many film stars go for a crash diet as we all know. But the calorie intake restriction adds a lot of stress to the body and mind. For long term weight loss, crash diets are less effective. As a young mother I am completely against crash diets. Usually healthy food is eliminated which supply the body with the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. So, when our body doesn’t receive these basic essentials, it is not possible to be healthy. If you are really serious about your health, exercising every day, eating a balanced diet, say no to fried, fatty and sugary foods and drinking sufficient water this is very important.

I am proudly recommending honey diet to all young mothers like me. Honey diet is about having honey as one of the primary ingredient in your daily diet plan and make sure to have it latest once in a day.  It’s my personal experience, honey works wonder on my body.  Every day morning before I leave for my gym, I drink a glass of warm water with honey and lemon.
